Zubak Grupa has been named the best employer in Croatia for 2025 in the Trade category, and the second-best employer in the Large Companies category (more than 250 employees).
MojPosao, the leading job portal in Croatia, announced the best employers in the country based on the results of Pulser – an Employee Satisfaction Survey conducted among more than 11,000 employees.
In the most prestigious category, Large Companies, Zubak Grupa secured second place, just behind Infinum, while Deichmann took third place.
Since 2019, Zubak Grupa has consistently ranked among the TOP 5 best employers. The company has previously won third place twice and fourth place twice. Zubak Grupa has now secured second place for the third consecutive year, which is also the best result the company has achieved since the survey began.
