Zubak Grupa has been named the best employer in Croatia for 2024 in the Trade category and the second-best employer in the Large Companies category (more than 250 employees).
MojPosao, the leading job advertisement portal in Croatia, announced the best employers in Croatia based on the results of the Pulser – Employee Satisfaction Survey. More than 7,000 employees shared their opinions.
In the most prestigious category, Large Companies, Zubak Grupa achieved second place, right behind Infinum. The third place went to Franck. This year, for the first time, the Enterprise Excellence 1000+ award was given, intended for companies with more than 1,000 employees, and the prestigious title was won by Rimac Technology.
Since 2019, Zubak Grupa has consistently been at the top of the TOP 5 best employers, previously winning third place twice and fourth place twice. They have now secured second place for the second year in a row, which is also the best result the company has achieved since the survey began.
