When great results are achieved, they deserve to be celebrated – and Zubak Grupa did it in the best possible way: with a gathering of more than five hundred employees and sincere thanks to those who have been the heart and strength of our company for years.
For their loyalty, 44 employees were rewarded with valuable gifts on the occasion of their milestone anniversaries this year – from 10 to an impressive 45 years of service in Zubak Grupa! Today, we have over 200 employees with more than 10 years, 60 with more than 20 years, and more than 15 colleagues who have been with us for three decades or more.
Additionally, the Golden Badges, which are the highest honor and reward for results, loyalty, and collegiality in Zubak Grupa, were awarded to six colleagues who have earned them through their knowledge, excellence, results, and promotion of corporate values.

• Ivanka Vrčković, cleaner at AutoZubak Velika Gorica – 26 years of dedicated work.
• Goran Jovanović, Deputy Sales Director at ORYX Assistance – with us for 10 years.
• Stjepan Radoš, Head of Finance and Controlling – also 10 years of expertise and responsibility.
• Josip Benčak, Deputy Head of AfterSales at AutoZubak Sesvete – part of our story for 17 years.
• Dario Medved, Deputy Director of the Used Vehicles Sector – with us for 5 years, but with exceptional contributions.
• Dragutin Šimek, Regional Head of Bodywork and Paint Shop – an incredible 39 years of loyalty and excellence.
