Zubak Grupa has entered the elite circle of the top 10 best employers in Croatia within the “Retail – Non-FMCG” category for the year 2025.
The “First Choice Employer” survey was conducted throughout 2025 by Alma Career Croatia, featuring an impressive sample size of 27,000 respondents. What makes this achievement truly outstanding is that the research is based entirely on the respondents’ personal perception and spontaneous choice. Company names were not pre-listed, meaning that respondents independently recognized and wrote in Zubak Grupa as a place where they would like to build their careers.
This marks the first time that Zubak Grupa has ranked among the awardees in this prestigious selection.
