BH Telecom is the newest ORYX Assistance partner with five ORYX Assistance products.
As of March 1, 2023, BH Telecom in Bosnia and Herzegovina provides its clients with additional value with as many as five ORYX Assistance products.
The five products from the ORYX Assistance portfolio that are offered to BH Telecom clients as of March 1, 2023 are:
• Roadside ORYX Assistance – in packages Bosnia and Herzegovina, Region and Europe
• Home ORYX Assistance
• Backup Car ORYX Assistance – replacement vehicle with AO policy (1, 3, 5, 7, 10 or 15 days)
• MobiExpress ORYX Assistance – in Start, Plus and Premium packages
• Drive Angel ORYX Assistance
Clients of BH Telecom can use the services from the Roadside ORYX Assistance product in the event of a traffic accident, vehicle breakdown, careless handling and external influence, in three packages: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Region and Europe.
In the case of emergency interventions, clients can also use services from the Home ORYX Assistance product in case of repair and restoration of damage, which covers the services of plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, glaziers and carpenters.
Clients can use the services from the Backup Car ORYX Assistance product in case of activation of the auto liability policy, during which they can activate and use a replacement vehicle in the event of a traffic accident, regardless of who is at fault and regardless of whether the vehicle was moving or not. The product is available for 1, 3, 5, 7, 10 or 15 days.
As part of the MobiExpress ORYX Assistance product, clients use services in the event of a broken mobile phone screen, and are given free download, repair and delivery of the repaired device to a location of the user’s choice.
