Starting from December 15th, clients of Croatia osiguranje Bosnia and Herzegovina, in addition to Roadside Assistance and Home Assistance, will have access to two new products from the ORYX Assistance portfolio: Backup Car and MobiExpress.
• As part of Roadside Assistance in packages BiH, Regija, Regija Premium, and Evropa, Croatia osiguranje BiH clients are offered services including roadside assistance, transportation of damaged or malfunctioning vehicles in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Europe. In addition to standard Roadside Assistance services, clients also have access to our application Drive Angel,
• Home ORYX Assistance product has been expanded into the packages Moj Majstor, Moj Majstor Plus, and Moj Majstor Premium.
• Backup Car ORYX Assistance product, enabling policyholders to use a replacement vehicle, will be utilized as an addition to the mandatory auto insurance policy.
• MobiExpress ORYX Assistance product is offered within the packages Croatia MobiExpress Start, Plus, and Premium.
